  • Expertise or track record in a specific niche (i.e., conversions, construction, high-rise, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of the local market;
  • Project management experience;
  • People management experience;
  • Someone who is willing to "crack their way out of the egg;" (showing the motivation to put forth the extreme effort necessary to succeed).
