Our principal operating partner, Peter Wells, is a real estate broker and made a living selling real estate for over 20 years. Peter knows the importance of treating brokers fairly, and making certain brokers are protected and properly compensated for the critical role of bringing condo deals to CCS.

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated condo brokers capable of creating deal flow and a thorough understanding of the local condo market. We are hoping for a repeat relationship, and ultimately, we hope that brokers are also willing to join our team as partners. For source deals, we are looking for:

• Failed or struggling condo conversion projects;
• Unsold or partially sold new construction;
• Deals in bankruptcy or foreclosure.
